Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience as an Implementation Manager or Client Onboarding Manager, preferably with a PMP or equivalent certification. A strong background in HR and/or Payroll, with an understanding of global processes and regulations, is essential. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Zendesk, and Hubspot is required, along with excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions is also crucial.
