The Client Management Associate at Modern Health plays a pivotal role in supporting small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients through scalable channels. This position focuses on designing and refining automated and AI-assisted journeys that empower clients to self-serve, thereby enhancing their ability to configure and utilize Modern Health's services independently. As part of the SMB Client Management team, the associate contributes to driving program adoption, client retention, and growth by improving pooled model infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance self-serve experiences.

Key responsibilities include providing frontline client support via Zendesk, responding to client inquiries, triaging and escalating issues as needed, and improving knowledge base content. The associate partners closely with the Revenue Operations Associate to maintain and enhance automated client journey programs, monitors customer health using data-driven metrics to identify risks and opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate possesses prior experience in client management or operational roles, is comfortable working with tools like Zendesk, and has a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for reducing manual work and improving response quality. A strong ability to use data and experimentation to enhance automation and self-serve experiences is essential. The candidate should be a self-starter who aligns with Modern Health's mission to expand access to mental health care.
