Client Operations Manager

The Client Operations Manager at WPP Media plays a pivotal role within the Client Leadership discipline, working closely with Client Squads to manage relationships and deliver comprehensive services to esteemed clients such as adidas, Airbnb, Milcobel, Perfetti Van Melle, Polestar, Proximus, Roularta, and The Coca-Cola Company. This position is based in Brussels, Belgium, at the WPP Campus adjacent to Brussels North Station, offering convenient access via public transport.

Key responsibilities include overseeing project and campaign management for selected clients. The role entails defining the Squad’s agenda and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of all projects through effective planning and communication, and coordinating with media experts to develop detailed media plans across various channels such as TV, radio, out-of-home, digital, and print. Additionally, the Client Operations Manager ensures clear and timely client briefings, follows up on client approvals, coordinates the delivery of media materials with creative agencies, and guides campaign reporting during and after campaigns.

The ideal candidate is a motivated individual with a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong administrative and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Dutch is required, and initial experience in a similar role is preferred.
