As a Client Operations Specialist Global Solutions at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of our client teams, working closely with media planners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns for our Global Solutions clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding operational and financial inquiries, fostering strong and sustainable client relationships. Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily activities to ensure smooth campaign execution, collaborating continuously with media specialists, planners, and the finance department. You will oversee budget management, monitor schedules, and maintain accurate financial records, providing precise reporting. Additionally, you will proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes for increased efficiency and swiftly address any issues to ensure compliance with established guidelines and agreements.
The ideal candidate is at the beginning of their career and eager to learn and grow within the media industry. You should have a strong affinity for numbers and organization, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with both clients and colleagues, and proficiency in both Dutch and English is required. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to take initiative, is crucial. You should thrive in a team environment and be energized by a dynamic setting where no two days are the same.
