** About the role**
We are looking for a Client Solutions Specialist to act as a key technical and customer service resource, supporting HR platforms such as HRIS, LMS, ATS, and performance management systems.
This role combines high-level customer service with technological skills, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure successful implementations and ongoing support.
Main Responsibilities
HRIS & Systems Support
Be the primary point of contact for HR platform implementation and support
Manage systems such as LMS, ATS, Performance Management, and E-Verify
Configure processes such as PTO and operations within the HRIS
Customer Service
Provide training and support to clients
Resolve queries, ensuring SLA compliance
Maintain constant communication with clients and internal teams
Operations and Problem Resolution
Manage cases using CRM/ticketing
Identify, escalate, and track technical incidents
Maintain up-to-date records and generate reports for clients
Teamwork
Collaborate with Sales, HR, Implementation, and Operations teams
Contribute to continuous service improvement

** Requirements**
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
Experience with HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems
Advanced English level (C1)
Proficient in Excel
Experience in customer service or technical support (preferred)
Experience in payroll, HR, or PEO (nice to have)
