Client Success Account Executive II
The Client Success Account Executive II at Wellhub is responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of large accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving engagement. Key responsibilities include leading client meetings both virtually and in person, developing client-specific growth strategies, and overseeing the implementation of wellness programs. The executive will analyze client data to inform communication and awareness strategies aimed at increasing user engagement. Additionally, the role involves renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts on an annual basis to foster long-term partnerships.
Candidates should have experience in managing client relationships in client-facing positions, with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and solve problems creatively. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in monitoring data and analyzing reports. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, and proficiency in Portuguese is considered a plus.
