Client Success Advisor
Diligent Corporation is seeking a Client Success Advisor to join their Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. This role is integral to Diligent's customer success strategy, focusing on key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and identify expansion opportunities within the platform. The position is available in New York, New York; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Washington, D.C.
As a Client Success Advisor, you will provide guidance on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with clients' business processes and objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting in-depth assessments of clients' GRC requirements, collaborating on internal roadmaps, and ensuring proper understanding and adoption of the platform solutions. You will also partner closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement of the platform based on client use cases and monitor industry trends to proactively share insights with clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within the legal, audit, risk, or compliance industry. An adaptive mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple client engagements concurrently are essential. A willingness to travel to client sites is also required.
Diligent offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $99,280 - $124,000 USD or $86,320 - $107,900 CAD, depending on location.
