Client Success, Enterprise (Associate)
The Client Success, Enterprise (Associate) role at OpenFX involves managing the full lifecycle of up to three dedicated enterprise accounts. This includes pre-sale RFP support, onboarding, activation, expansion, and fostering long-term partnerships. The primary mission is to maximize client lifetime value by driving deeper product adoption, opening new currency corridors, and migrating additional cross-border payment volume onto the platform. This position requires an adaptive generalist who can handle documentation collection, stakeholder mapping, technical coordination, executive engagement, and account planning.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Business Development team by owning documentation collection and RFP response coordination for enterprise prospects. The associate will build and maintain a library of standard RFP components to enable the assembly of complete responses within five business days. They will also own the full pre-activation lifecycle for each assigned enterprise client, including internal system setup, comprehensive stakeholder mapping, and documented engagement plans. Proactive coordination with Compliance, Operations, and Product teams is essential to clear onboarding blockers before they impact client timelines.
The role requires a minimum of four years of experience in account management, client success, or relationship management with high-value institutional or enterprise clients. Candidates should possess a strong operator mentality, adapting quickly across strategic planning, onboarding coordination, RFP assembly, and day-to-day issue resolution. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships is crucial, along with a metrics-driven approach that ties daily activities to total payment volume growth outcomes. Strong communication skills are necessary to translate technical complexity into business value for non-technical stakeholders, and cross-functional collaboration experience with PDE, Ops, and Compliance teams is expected.
