The Client Success Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on understanding each client's business objectives and challenges to develop and execute tailored strategies that align with their goals. Responsibilities include managing clients through all phases of their relationship with Array—from deployment and launch to ongoing optimization, expansion, and renewal. The role also involves proactively resolving or anticipating client issues and identifying opportunities for growth, including expansion into additional Array products.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in B2B client success roles, managing strategic accounts with annual recurring revenue of $5 million or more. A proven track record of expanding high-impact relationships, preferably within the financial sector, is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to client success are crucial. Familiarity with the financial industry and an understanding of the growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, fintechs, and credit services organizations are advantageous.

Array offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary starting at $140,000, depending on experience.
