Client Success Manager

Guidepoint is seeking a Client Success Manager to oversee the Insights expert call and transcript library product for either the Corporate Healthcare or Institutional Investment/Equity client base. This role involves acting as a liaison between clients and sales teams, aiming to drive engagement and revenue growth within the expanding Insights product line. The position requires exceptional CRM skills, effective organization, and attention to detail, with a focus on maximizing usage among active trials and current subscribing clients. Collaboration with Insights group heads to develop strategic plans for enhancing client engagement and retention is also a key component.
