Clinical Lab Assistant II--Day Shift

The Clinical Lab Assistant II position at Example Corp is integral to the laboratory team, focusing on the processing of COVID-19 tests. In this capacity, the Clinical Lab Assistant II will support Clinical Laboratory Scientists and Lab Technicians, particularly in RNA extraction and PCR testing processes. Responsibilities include inventory management, ordering supplies, and performing clerical duties to ensure the laboratory operates efficiently.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Medical Laboratory Science. A minimum of six months of related laboratory experience is required, with a preference for clinical laboratory experience in specimen processing and laboratory support. Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and laboratory information systems, is essential.

The position offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday and potential weekend work. Compensation is set at $25.00 per hour.
