COLLECTIONS ANALYST
Job Description: This role focuses on high-volume outbound and inbound collections in a manual calling environment, where success is driven by consistency, communication, and follow-up. The approach is customer-service oriented (soft collections), emphasizing respectful communication, payment reminders, and collaborative resolution rather than aggressive tactics.
Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts through manual outbound and inbound calls • Meet daily call targets in a non-dialer environment (manual process) • Negotiate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances • Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner • Document all interactions, commitments, and updates in the system • Identify disputes or issues and escalate when necessary to U.S. management • Ensure compliance with FDCPA and internal policies
