Commerce Platform Sales Manager
As a Commerce Platform Sales Manager at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our delivery-as-a-service solution, Wolt Drive, within Romania and the broader Central European region. This position involves identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with restaurants and retailers to enhance their delivery capabilities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success and satisfaction of our partners.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving sales growth by establishing strategic partnerships with businesses that can benefit from last-mile delivery solutions. You will identify new partnership opportunities, utilize data and business insights to improve performance, and work alongside retail and restaurant sales teams to expand existing partnerships into Wolt Drive. Maintaining strong pipelines and managing relationships will be key aspects of your day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution sales or business development, with experience in SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics sales being highly advantageous. A consultative sales approach, the ability to tailor solutions to specific partners, and a commercial mindset to identify and act on growth opportunities are essential. Fluency in both Romanian and English is required.
