Commercial Counsel, APAC

Cloudflare is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its APAC legal team, focusing on complex commercial transactions within the Asia-Pacific region. Candidates should possess an LL.B. or JD degree with strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice law in Singapore, the UK, the US, Australia, or Japan. A minimum of four years of relevant experience, including a mix of law firm and in-house experience for a technology company, is required. Proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts, excellent written and oral communication skills in English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
