Commercial Counsel

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. This role offers exposure to a wide range of in-house legal practices within a rapidly growing technology company. The position involves collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Finance, Contracts, Customer Delivery, and Marketing, to support commercial contracts and provide legal guidance on corporate, compliance, privacy, intellectual property, and legal operations matters.
