Commercial Counsel

Yext is seeking a dedicated and business-oriented Commercial Counsel to join its Legal team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and Partner (indirect) sales teams to manage, negotiate, and execute customer deals. Additionally, you will work with various business lines to review and negotiate vendor and procurement transactions. This position is available in New York (preferred) or Washington D.C., with a flexible/hybrid work arrangement.
