Commercial Development Associate (Hybrid Denver, CO)
The Commercial Development Associate role at GHX is a 12-month rotational program based in Denver, Colorado, designed for early-career professionals eager to impact the healthcare supply chain. This hybrid position offers exposure to key commercial functions, including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, providing a comprehensive foundation for a career in client-facing roles.
Throughout the program, associates will rotate through various departments, applying sales and marketing principles within a real-world healthcare context. Participants will engage in mandatory training and development programs to build leadership skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Collaboration with experienced mentors and peers across the business is emphasized, with opportunities to take ownership of projects and present findings to executive stakeholders, including the Chief Revenue Officer.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 0–2 years of professional experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with demonstrated drive, initiative, and adaptability. A curiosity about the healthcare industry and the role of technology in improving outcomes is important, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Willingness to relocate to Denver and travel for meetings and events as required is also necessary.
