EBANX is seeking a Commercial Excellence Mid Analyst to enhance the efficiency of our Commercial organization. This role involves analyzing data, systems, and user behavior to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within our Sales, Marketing, and Cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Excellence team and technical partners to implement scalable operational solutions, directly supporting EBANX’s expansion.

Key responsibilities include managing Commercial Excellence initiatives from rollout to stabilization, ensuring execution and adoption across teams. The analyst will coordinate cross-functional dependencies across Sales, Marketing, CRM, Data, Enablement, and Operations. They will analyze CRM and operational data to identify inefficiencies, funnel leakage, and recurring execution gaps, supporting the investigation of root causes using system data and real workflow behavior. Additionally, the role involves designing, prototyping, and validating practical solutions such as workflow adjustments, automations, integrations, and AI-assisted routines, and working with CRM and Data teams to implement scalable operational improvements.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational roles. A strong analytical mindset is essential, with the ability to independently explore data and investigate ambiguous problems. Experience working with CRM data structures (e.g., Salesforce objects, relationships, and fields) and extracting insights from operational data is required. The candidate should be able to translate business needs into structured, scalable solutions and practical workflows. Hands-on experience building automations or integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, Clay, APIs, or scripts is necessary, along with experience applying AI tools to improve operational workflows, analysis, or execution. Familiarity with querying or manipulating data (SQL, spreadsheets, or similar logic) and data modeling concepts is also important. Clear and structured communication skills are required, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English is mandatory.
