Commercial Legal Counsel

Endava is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join its global legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal in London, this role involves leading negotiations on complex, high-value, and strategic client contracts, primarily within the UK, while supporting transactions across Endava’s global footprint. The ideal candidate will have a background in private practice, with subsequent in-house experience, and a strong focus on technology transactions.
