Commercial Legal Counsel

GitLab is seeking a Legal Counsel, Commercial to enhance its commercial contracting processes. Reporting to the Director, Legal, Commercial, this role involves negotiating and reviewing complex agreements, assessing legal risks, and translating regional legal requirements into practical templates, policies, and processes. The position offers significant ownership, allowing the individual to independently lead strategic transactions and serve as a trusted legal partner to Sales and cross-functional stakeholders.
