Commercial Litigation Associate-Corporate Governance, Ownership and Merger/Acquisition Disputes (Mid-Level)

Ice Miller LLP is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in business disputes involving corporate governance, ownership, fiduciary duties, and transactions. Relevant experience may include disputes arising from mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, including matters involving purchase agreements, earn-outs, indemnification claims, post-closing adjustments, representations and warranties, valuation issues, or related post-transaction claims. Familiarity with Delaware corporate law or Delaware courts is preferred, but this position can be located in any of the listed offices.
