Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, particularly in property and construction law, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful case management are essential.
