Commercial Manager
As a Commercial Manager at Klaviyo, you will lead a team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring new merchants onto the Klaviyo platform. Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform that empowers e-commerce brands to build strong customer relationships. This role is based in Sydney, Australia, and offers an opportunity to shape the sales strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.
Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will oversee daily workflows, ensuring pipeline accuracy and driving key performance indicators. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex deals and provide insights to leadership on market dynamics.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience as a closing Account Executive with a proven track record of top performance. At least one year in a team lead or management role is required, along with proficiency in Salesforce and a disciplined approach to pipeline management. Experience in high-velocity, high-transaction sales environments is essential.
The base salary for this position is AUD 198,000 per year. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation for sales roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
