Commercial Paralegal - Contracts Manager

This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating risks as we continue to revolutionize data analytics.

The Contracts Manager will oversee and maintain the company's contract database, track deadlines, renewals, and obligations, and provide guidance to business teams on contract terms and company policies. Additionally, this role involves maintaining contract templates and playbooks, supporting the General Counsel with various initiatives, and implementing process improvements for contract management workflows.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent education and have over five years of experience in contract management and legal operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines are essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset, are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $205,000 annually, with potential variations based on qualifications and experience.
