Commercial Paralegal - Contracts Manager

Sigma Computing is seeking a Commercial Paralegal - Contracts Manager to join our dynamic legal team. This role is pivotal in managing the full lifecycle of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance, and implementing process improvements within our rapidly growing company dedicated to revolutionizing data analytics.

Key responsibilities include maintaining and organizing the company's contract database, tracking contract deadlines and obligations, and providing guidance to business teams on contract terms and company policies. Additionally, the role involves maintaining contract templates and playbooks, supporting the General Counsel with various initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless legal support across departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, along with over five years of experience in contract management and legal operations, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Proficiency in contract management software (Summize preferred but not required) and MS Office Suite is essential. Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 to $205,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
