Commercial Revenue Architect
The Commercial Revenue Architect at Gong serves as a strategic partner to customers, focusing on driving revenue transformation through Gong’s AI Operating System. Key responsibilities include partnering with senior go-to-market leaders to design and execute strategies that modernize revenue operations, mapping current-state customer processes to AI-driven workflows, executing adoption initiatives to drive behavior change, using data-driven insights to quantify business outcomes, managing renewal strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate has 1-3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or implementation within a B2B SaaS company. They should have a proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders, excellent communication and presentation skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for driving customer outcomes.
