Communication Planner
As a Communication Planner at EssenceMediacom, you will be an integral part of the Comms Planning team, transforming client briefings into strategic and tactical media recommendations. EssenceMediacom, a dynamic and innovative media agency, partners with major brands such as Proximus, Polestar, Bebat, The Coca-Cola Company, adidas, PlayStation, TUI, Danone, and Google to drive measurable growth and breakthroughs.
In this role, you will develop structured media plans by selecting appropriate channels, allocating budgets, and coordinating media efforts to create synergies. Utilizing consumer insights and data, you will refine planning strategies and identify tactical and creative opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include defining measurable objectives, setting up frameworks to evaluate campaign success, collaborating with creative teams and clients to optimize recommendations, preparing clear and actionable briefs, and presenting and defending your plans to clients.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, be a native Dutch speaker with a solid foundation in French and English, and possess strong communication and project management skills. A broad knowledge of media, with a preference for digital expertise, is essential.
