Community Engagement Specialist
The Community Engagement Specialist at Life360 will lead the company's community engagement efforts, focusing on expanding and nurturing its social media presence. This role involves managing interactions across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads, with the goal of transforming everyday member interactions into meaningful connections. The specialist will play a pivotal role in turning Life360 members into vocal brand advocates through authentic engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages, initiating outbound interactions rooted in social listening and trend spotting, and launching Life360’s Instagram Broadcast Channel. The role also involves identifying and reaching out to members who share content that aligns with Life360's brand, maintaining an internal user-generated content library, and monitoring brand mentions and conversations to provide actionable insights that inform product development and social content strategies.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in community management or social media, with a proven track record of growing and maintaining engaged communities across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Threads. Strong command of brand voice, exceptional copywriting skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on trending moments are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Sprout Social, Figma, CapCut, and Airtable is preferred, along with a collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
The US-based salary range for this position is $87,500 to $128,500, with the final offer depending on the candidate's background and experience.
