Huntress is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our People Operations team. This pivotal, data-focused role involves owning, executing, and continuously updating our company's compensation strategies. The analyst will play a crucial role in preparing the organization for continued growth and expansion, ensuring that our compensation practices are robust, transparent, and sustainable as we scale. By analyzing market trends, modeling scenarios, and implementing programs, the analyst will support our goal of remaining highly competitive within the industry and attracting and retaining top talent. This position reports to the Senior Director of People Operations and is fully remote within the United States.

Key responsibilities include preparing and executing compensation cycles throughout the year, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating the Rewards Committee by preparing materials and scheduling review sessions. The analyst will manage a semiannual refresh process to keep pay ranges current and market-competitive, conduct annual pay gap analyses with recommendations based on findings, and research and recommend secondary compensation data sources as needed. Additional duties involve maintaining monthly stock grants with quality control checks, initiating compensation and career ladder discussions with leaders for company-wide alignment, managing the semi-annual bonus process, developing Total Reward Statements, and preparing educational compensation information for managers. Collaboration with various members of the People Team is essential to ensure alignment on our compensation philosophy and approach.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of hands-on experience with compensation programs and a strong understanding of compensation processes. Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, along with the ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes by leveraging technology for efficiency. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the capacity to support multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail are required. Experience with compensation planning and benchmarking tools such as Workday and/or Pave is a plus.
