Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst role at OKX is integral to the Regional Compliance team in Turkey, focusing on ensuring adherence to MASAK laws and regulations. OKX is a leading cryptocurrency exchange and developer of OKX Wallet, committed to reshaping the future through crypto and providing millions access to crypto trading and decentralized applications.

Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining compliance operations in line with MASAK regulations, managing end-to-end AML/CTF case workflows, and conducting thorough analyses of transaction monitoring alerts. The analyst will also be responsible for generating and maintaining suspicious transaction reports (STRs) and collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective communication with MASAK.

Candidates should have a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in AML/CTF case management and transaction monitoring within a regulated financial institution, fintech, or cryptocurrency platform. A solid understanding of AML/CTF frameworks, compliance, risk, and internal controls, particularly within the Turkish regulatory environment, is essential. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in English and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, are also required.
