Compliance Analyst
SCS Financial is seeking a full-time Compliance Analyst to join its compliance team in Boston, MA. This role involves supporting the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing the firm's compliance program, offering exposure across various functional areas of a complex investment advisory firm and interaction with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for conducting compliance testing and internal audit projects, implementing the firm's code of ethics, preparing regulatory filings, and managing large data sets. The role requires prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines across multiple functional areas.
Candidates should have at least one year of relevant experience in investment advisor or investment fund manager operations, legal, or compliance roles. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related discipline is required. Familiarity with investment adviser compliance requirements under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Co-Pilot (or similar LLM), and Outlook applications.
The annualized base pay range for this exempt position is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000. Actual base pay may vary based on factors such as experience, subject matter expertise, and geographic location. The compensation package includes an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
