Compliance Consultant - Financial Services, Fortune 500
Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a Compliance Consultant to provide long-term support to a Fortune 500 global client in the financial services sector. This role is based in Hong Kong and offers flexibility in work arrangements, including remote, onsite, or hybrid options, depending on client requirements.
The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for managing investor onboarding from a compliance perspective, which includes reviewing subscription and onboarding documents. The role also involves performing Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and due diligence (DD) assessments on investors, deals, assets, and other counterparties. Additionally, the consultant will conduct targeted research on investors, assets, and ownership structures, presenting findings in clear, concise summaries, and perform sanctions screening.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. A minimum of 4 to 8 years of experience in a compliance, AML/KYC, or due diligence role within banks, investment management, or other financial services is required. Strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple deadlines, and clear written and verbal communication skills are essential.
