Compliance Coordinator

The Compliance Coordinator at Pivot Energy plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all projects adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards. This position is integral to the Project Management team, focusing on maintaining compliance across various domains, including safety, construction requirements, and tax credit eligibility. Key responsibilities include managing the compliance system using Procore, the company's project management tool, to oversee workflows and documentation. The coordinator will build and maintain project compliance reports, collaborate with project managers to meet compliance deadlines, and ensure all compliance artifacts are organized and readily accessible. Additionally, the role involves coordinating evidence collection for tax credit compliance, administering safety compliance documentation, and supporting contractor onboarding to integrate compliance deliverables effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in project management and compliance coordination. Proficiency in using project management tools like Procore and data analysis platforms such as Power BI is essential. A background in renewable energy projects and familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements will be advantageous.
