A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience in Compliance Risk, Audit, or Bank Regulatory is highly preferred.

Compensation includes a base pay range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Affirm offers a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits, including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
