Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of applicable Swap Dealer and Security-Based Swap Dealer laws, rules, and regulations, with the ability to assess their impact on the firm. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is typically required. Recognized compliance certifications or equivalents are preferred, with SIE, Series 7, and 63 considered advantageous. Strong communication, critical thinking, relationship management, and project management skills are essential.

The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, with eligibility for a bonus plan.
