Compliance Outsourcing Manager
Wolt License Services (WLS) is seeking a Compliance Outsourcing Manager to oversee and manage the institution's compliance with internal and external outsourcing arrangements. WLS specializes in payment and financial services for Wolt, a prominent platform marketplace, and its customers, managing merchant payment flows across 22 markets. As a licensed and supervised payment and e-money institution, WLS is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and efficiency in its operations.
The Compliance Outsourcing Manager will be responsible for managing activities related to outsourcing and third-party risk management, including onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and continuous vendor monitoring. This role involves developing and implementing the outsourcing and third-party risk management policy and operating model, ensuring regulatory compliance with EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements and DORA, and maintaining full oversight of the risk landscape and contract lifecycles. Additionally, the manager will prepare regular reports to senior management on the status of outsourcing activities and act as the primary escalation point between WLS and its vendors.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field, along with over four years of experience in compliance, risk management, outsourcing, or third-party risk management. A deep understanding of outsourcing and business resilience regulations within financial services is essential. The candidate should have experience in developing service management and monitoring processes, conducting risk assessments for outsourcing arrangements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. Being data-driven in decision-making and having experience working with operations, product, or engineering teams to launch new products or enter new markets are highly advantageous.
