Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to join their Legal team at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. This role is integral to supporting the company's Ethics & Compliance programs and reports directly to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (CECO).

In this position, the Compliance Paralegal will assist the CECO and the Ethics & Compliance team in overseeing the company's investigations process, including managing the Ethics Hotline, tracking and monitoring reports from intake through resolution, and developing hotline metrics and dashboards. The role also involves supporting the enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management program by vetting potential vendors, enhancing systems and processes, collaborating with Procurement and relationship owners on vendor onboarding, and integrating with the overall vendor lifecycle. Additionally, the Compliance Paralegal will assist in the development, distribution, and tracking of associate compliance training initiatives, covering policies such as the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, Anti-Corruption, and Gifts & Entertainment. The role includes working on cross-functional projects with departments like Human Resources, Asset Protection, and Stores to support various compliance-related initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of paralegal experience in a large law firm or in-house legal department of a publicly traded company. A bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in multitasking, prioritization, and organization. Proficiency in administrative IT platforms, including SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, legal research tools, and billing systems is required. The ability to work independently with limited oversight and handle sensitive and confidential information with diplomacy and discretion is essential.
