Framestore's 2026 Launchpad Internship offers talented and creative individuals a chance to gain hands-on experience at one of Europe’s leading creative studios. Interns will learn through studio work, presentations, a personal project, and informal meetups while collaborating on real projects with experienced artists and technologists. Previous interns have contributed to shows like One Piece, Project Hail Mary & How to Train Your Dragon.Working within the  Film and Episodic division of Framestore as an Compositing Artist at Framestore, you will help to seamlessly integrate all elements and layers of a shot, whether live action or computer generated. Figuring out the best way to bring assigned shots to life. Your responsibilities include integrating 2D, 3D, and live-action elements to achieve high-end film visual effects standards.RequirementsFluent knowledge of NukeAn eye for detail, composition, colour, and lightingMust be organised and have the ability to juggle several tasks at once in a highly efficient manner.Strong interpersonal skills and communication skillsProactive in learning new skills
