Construction Litigation Associate (Mid-Level)

Ice Miller is seeking a Mid-Level Construction Litigation Associate to join their collaborative team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The firm specializes in a wide range of construction matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, proactive claims management during project construction, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration, or litigation. Experience with mechanic’s lien claims is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction law, a solid understanding of construction project operations and administration, strong legal research skills, excellent drafting experience (pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents), and a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. An understanding of practical resolutions to real-world construction issues is a must.
