Construction Project Manager (Grading)
Latitude Inc. is seeking an experienced Grading Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage earthwork and site development projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing grading operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents.
The Grading Construction Project Manager will manage all phases of grading and sitework projects, including clearing, excavation, cut/fill, and fine grading. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting civil drawings, grading plans, and project specifications; developing project schedules, budgets, and work plans for earthwork operations; coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure efficient production; monitoring daily operations, production rates, and project progress; tracking costs and managing budgets, including labor, equipment, and materials; and preparing and managing change orders, RFIs, and project documentation.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in grading, earthwork, or site development project management. A strong knowledge of grading operations, soil conditions, and heavy equipment is essential. The ability to read and interpret civil/site plans and specifications is also required.
