Consultant | Disclosure Management, XBRL & ESG (all genders)

As a Consultant specializing in Disclosure Management, XBRL, and ESG, you will join a dynamic team at Lucanet Group, a leading provider of software and consulting solutions in the areas of financial performance management and compliance. Your chief responsibilities will include advising clients on all aspects of disclosure management, ranging from designing optimized reporting processes to the practical implementation of XBRL and ESG frameworks. You will work hands-on with both national and international clients across various industries, driving projects aimed at digitalizing and automating financial reporting and compliance functions. Regular tasks involve conducting workshops, configuring software solutions, and providing ongoing client support.

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in economics, business, IT, or a comparable discipline, combined with a strong interest in financial data, regulatory technology, or sustainability reporting. Essential skills include proficiency in XBRL, regulatory disclosure standards, and ideally some experience with ESG frameworks. Practical experience in consulting, auditing, or software implementation is highly valued, as are strong communication abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
