Consultant or Senior Consultant

Legion is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to enhance our implementation methodology and lead the deployment of workforce management solutions. This role involves configuring, testing, and delivering our platform, as well as providing customer training to ensure successful adoption.

In this position, you will manage multiple enterprise projects, guiding them through all implementation phases. Your responsibilities include configuring Legion products, conducting configuration reviews, assisting with software testing, and delivering live customer training sessions. You will also lead discussions and workshops with clients, oversee configuration documentation, and ensure that customer expectations are met throughout the implementation process.

Ideal candidates will have over five years of experience in software implementation, workforce management solutions, or customer success. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential. Experience in mentoring and training software implementation consultants is preferred.
