Content Specialist (Web3/ Crypto Exchange)
Hyphen Connect Limited is seeking a creative and strategic Content Specialist to join its global marketing team. In this remote role, the Content Specialist will serve as the voice of the brand, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with the cryptocurrency community. The position involves end-to-end content production, from high-level strategy and storytelling to social media engagement, ensuring the brand remains influential and consistent across all digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include leading the planning, drafting, and distribution of high-quality brand content to maintain a cohesive and engaging brand image. The role requires developing and executing comprehensive content strategies across official websites, social media, community groups, and PR channels to drive brand exposure and user retention. Monitoring industry trends and market "hot topics" to produce timely brand stories, industry analyses, and deep-dive technical articles is also essential. Additionally, the Content Specialist will oversee content planning and community interaction for global platforms, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Discord. Collaboration with Design, Marketing, PR, and Product teams to drive multimedia output, such as short-form videos, infographics, and long-form articles, is expected. Analyzing content performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on strategies and improve engagement ROI, as well as supporting major brand initiatives like AMAs, strategic partnerships, and PR campaigns, are also part of the role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in brand content or content marketing, preferably within the Cryptocurrency or Fintech sectors. A deep understanding of the blockchain ecosystem and a keen sensitivity to market dynamics are essential. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact content, are required. A proven track record of managing social media communities and implementing growth/interaction strategies is important. Native or professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is necessary to manage bilingual content production. Strong cross-departmental communication skills, a high degree of responsibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment are also sought after.
