As a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Business Process Expert at Philips, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining the CLM processes within our organization. This position is integral to our Enterprise Excellence team, focusing on optimizing contract management to support Philips' mission of improving lives through meaningful innovation in health technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and continuously improving CLM platforms, identifying process gaps, and recommending best-practice solutions. Collaborating closely with Global Contracts Capability Experts, Contract Operations, Master Data, IT, and Market & Process Innovation teams, you will ensure cohesive process and technology alignment. Your duties will also include leading deployment programs, acting as a change agent by articulating the impact of new processes, and developing deployment materials and learning content in partnership with Philips University.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, information management, process improvement, or technology enablement. A strong knowledge of order booking, quoting, and CLM tools such as SAP, Apttus, and Conga is essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Structured Query Language (SQL). A bachelor's degree in information management, business administration, or a related technical field is required. Additionally, the candidate should possess exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of driving change across complex, matrixed organizations.

The salary range for this position in Tennessee is $93,000 to $147,000, and in Massachusetts and Washington, it is $104,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location.
