Contract Manager (Public Sector & Commercial Renewals)

Everbridge helps enterprises and government organizations anticipate, mitigate, respond to, and recover from critical events keeping people safe and organizations running.  It delivers this primarily through its SaaS-based Critical Event Management (CEM) platform, along with managed services and support.
 
We’re hiring a Contract Manager to serve as front-line contracting support for U.S. State & Local Government (SLED/SLG) opportunities including ownership of the Legal workstream for RFP responses and to provide commercial renewal execution support. This role will also help build and improve contracting processes, especially across SLED, RFPs, and renewals, and may take on additional responsibilities within the Legal function (e.g., insurance program support and intellectual property
