Contract Reviewer - Legal

In this role, the Contract Reviewer will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various commercial contracts, including Professional Services Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and Statements of Work. The position involves supporting business teams across Europe in contract negotiations, conducting comprehensive contract reviews, and advising senior management on potential risks and legal implications. Additionally, the Contract Reviewer will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and collaborate with clients and their legal departments to facilitate smooth contract negotiations.
Candidates should possess a completed law degree (LL.M.) or equivalent legal qualification and have proven experience in legal or contract work, such as contract review, redlining, and negotiation, preferably in the construction sector or professional services consulting. Fluency in English, German, and Polish, both oral and written, is required. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, thorough knowledge of contract law and industry best practices, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced consulting environment.
