As the Contracts Lifecycle Manager at RealManage, you will be an integral part of our in-house legal team, reporting directly to the VP of Contracts & Negotiations and the General Counsel. RealManage is a leading company in the community association management industry, operating across 19 states with over 2,000 employees. In this role, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of the company's contracts with clients nationwide. Your primary responsibilities will include tracking and managing contracts, conducting initial due diligence reviews, drafting amendments and renewals, analyzing deviations from standard templates, performing post-execution validations, and maintaining a comprehensive contract repository. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, support the sales team and market leaders, and ensure adherence to established legal processes and controls.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a master's degree preferred, and have a minimum of three years of experience in contracts administration, legal operations, or a related field. Exposure to drafting and managing contracts in a corporate or law firm environment is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro are essential. Experience with Smartsheet and Salesforce is a plus, along with a solid understanding of legal processes and terminology.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, depending on education and experience.
