This role involves supporting the firm's representation of a large, national logistics services provider, operating at the intersection of litigation strategy, large-scale discovery, and national claims oversight. The ideal candidate will be agile, capable of managing competing deadlines, and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities across a complex, multi-jurisdictional docket.

Key responsibilities include independently managing a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution, conducting thorough investigations, and developing strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases. The position requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission to practice in at least one state, and a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience with strong discovery skills. Preferred qualifications include experience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or national claims programs, a background in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks, and familiarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment, possess strong client counseling and relationship management skills, and exhibit excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
