Corporate Analyst

Nelson Mullins, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Corporate Analyst to join its Atlanta office. This role is ideal for recent graduates considering law school who are interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting attorneys in the corporate and private equity practice.

The Corporate Analyst will support attorneys and team leaders in a variety of corporate and private equity matters, contributing to both substantive legal work and the day-to-day operations of the team. Responsibilities include assisting with client and workflow management, drafting and preparing basic corporate documents, supporting compliance efforts across jurisdictions, conducting legal and market research, providing administrative support as needed, and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate with strong organizational and communication skills, an interest in the legal profession, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills are essential, with the ability to work overtime as needed.
