Corporate - Associate

Anthony Harper is seeking a Corporate Associate to join our esteemed Corporate and Commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced partners and contribute to a variety of corporate transactions and advisory services. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal solutions to our diverse client base.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital raising, and corporate structuring. Your day-to-day activities will involve drafting and negotiating transactional documents, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic advice to clients. Collaboration with colleagues across different practice areas will be essential to ensure comprehensive support for our clients' needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in corporate law, with a strong background in handling complex transactions. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
